According to a post at his messageboard, Frank Cho will be stepping in to draw a fill-in issue for the new Marvel Knights Spider-Man series. Cho posted:

“I am doing a fill-in issue of Marvel Knight Spider-Man (#5) to give Terry Dodson some breathing room. This issue starts a brand new story arc written by Mark Millar. I've finished the cover and page one already.”

Later in the thread, Cho wrote that he was up to page three, and…

“1) My version of Mary Jane is the bustiest in Marvel history.
2) I'm not used to drawing buildings and cars. So I'm buying bunch of car magazines and books on buildings and cities.

In his father's eyes, Harry Osborn was never good enough. Harry's pal, Peter Parker, was
truly the type of son Norman Osborn wanted — studious, inventive, strong-willed and
industrious. In contrast, Harry had always wilted under life's pressures and the strain of
his father's domineering influence, unable to live up to Norman's expectations.
Unfortunately, Harry remained unaware of his father's dark side as the Green Goblin
until it was too late. Witnessing Norman's apparent death in battle with Spider-Man,
Harry was driven to the brink of insanity. Assuming his late father's identity, he began a
descent into madness that would haunt him his entire life; only in death could he finally
find peace. Now, for the first time ever in one volume, witness the startling tale of
Harry's tragic demise in this all-new collection of classic Spider-Man stories! Collects

level of talent and the brands that readers have come to expect from Marvel.

This June sees the release of the long awaited and fan anticipated Witches series. Originally slated to be released in October 2001, Marvel pulled the book from its original schedule, changed the writer (Bronwyn Carlton for Brian Walsh), changed the editor (Axel Alonso and John Miesegaes for Lysa Hawkins), but kept the artist (Mike Deodato, Jr. – who as then, just getting back into Marvel).

Mothballed for nearly two and a half years, the miniseries has gotten a fresh look, a fresh take, and a push to get going in June, the same month Deodato Jr. trades his art duties on The Incredible Hulk for The Amazing Spider-Man.

The story takes three of the Marvel Universe’s female magic users, Satana (sister of Damien Hellstrom), Jennifer Kale (from Man-Thing and Howard the Duck), and Topaz (from Werewolf by Night and Dr. Strange). The three are gathered by Doctor Strange for a very important mission – think Charlie’s Angels but with magic and no ‘70s hair. Or a Charmed set in the Marvel U. Or Marvel’s angle to capture a little of the Wiccan market.

“Joe was very excited about X-23 when I pitched her to him over two years ago. And let me just say having Joe Quesada excited about your idea, is really frickin’ cool. Joe told me she was going to be in NYX but I didn't know the specifics of her story until later.

“At the beginning of the year Joe shared his plans with me for X-23 and at first I was a little surprised. But after seeing his script, I was very impressed with how well he handled the subject matter, as well as her character. When I got to the last page and she said her first line, I got chills. I think the book turned out beautifully. Just between us, I bought 100 copies. No joke, I did.”

Originalmente posteado por Joe Quesada:
One of the things you'll be seeing with this version of X-23 is a character with an origin that is as close to Craig's original vision as we'll be able to get on the comic page. Well, at least it will be when Craig gets around to writing it in 2004, whoops did I just give that away? Anyway - you also have to keep in mind that the place in her life where you see X-23 in NYX #3 will be the last time you see her in that kind of a situation and without giving too much away, things aren't always what they seem. You'll discover some very interesting things about what happens when the doors close around X-23 and her situation.

Peace Out
