Before proceeding to make an order at COMICASTLE.COM the visitor must read all the conditions of use ("The Site"), COMICASTLE.COM
property of David Ruben Noriega Dewitt and ("The User") agree to the use expressively to the contained clauses. When purchasing through this Site, the user subjects himself/herself
to the terms and conditions here established.
Rights to Use the Site
The User must register in order to have access to the Site and its various sections and services. For that motive it will be required that he/she
enter a user name (normally his/her email address) and password which will be created by the User. COMICASTLE.COM reserves the right to
deny, modify or remove the user and the password the User registers at its absolute discretion either temporarily or definitely.
The user is responsible in keeping his/her password secret.
It is forbidden for the User to permit other people for any reason to enter and use the Site using his/her username and password. Regardless
any information transmitted using the users account username and password will be for all effects considered to be done by the User.
Therefore the User is obliged to immediately give notice to the Site respect of any use without his/her authorization done under his/her username and password.
The User is responsible for any damages and liabilites the Site suffers due to acts of the User or his/her employees, representatvies, any other dependents

Rights of the User
It is hereby granted to the User non-transferible, non-exclusive, revocable rights to view and use the site that conforms to the terms and
conditions that are established here. The user can only transmit, receive or print any information contained or published in this Site
for his own use, and under no reason can it be used for his/her comercial gain.
The duplication, distribution, printing, sale or reproduction electronic o by any other means of any information, document or graphic of

The User agrees that the use of the Site is done at his own risk, that the services provided by the Site are done "as is", and "as is available". COMICASTLE.COM does not guarantee
that the Site satisfies the requirements of the User, or that the services provided will be without interruptions, is safe and is free of errors.
The Site will execute the transactions solicited by the User, and will be in charge, through third parties, to send the items to the address indicated by the User, and will pay on behalf of the User
any shipping and transportation charges that correspond to the ordered merchandises.
The user accepts this act expressively to the policies of warranty, shipping and returns published in the Site.
Warranty and Shipping
The Site maintains its right to retain any shipment when the user, customer or addressee has any pending debts for any service or past sales.
The Site once it has received payment for the service and goods, will proceed to the shipping and handling of any merchandise that the user orders,
to the address that the User provided when he/she registered at the Site. The User is responsible that the address and any other information required for the delivery of
the merchandise is correct, updated and true.
The User can ask to have his orders retained in case that it is necessary to clear up any problem, previous aceptance of such request by a representative of the Site.
The User agrees that the site will not be responsible for losses, damages, bad delivery, no delivery, delayed delivery of the merchandise by:

without that giving cause to any claim or indemnization, or that it might imply any liability in favor to the User.
The Site reserves the right to modify any policies, terms and conditions of use at any time, those modifications being effective immediately.
The User agrees to review the conditions of use periodically in order to be up to date of such modifications. Regardless, at any time the User enters the Site, it will be considered that he/she accepts absolutely the conditions of use regardless of any modification that are done to such conditions.
Termination and Granting of Rights
The Site reserves the right to its sole discretion and without any need to give notice to the User to: terminate definitely any use of the Site; suspend or cancel definitely or temporarily the data of the User due to any uncompliance on his/her part on the terms and conditions hereby established; to discontinue or to stop publishing the Site without any liability to the Site.
The Site can at any time and whenever it consideres it to be convenient, cede totally or partially its rights and obligations derived here and in virtue of such secession, the Site will be free from any obligation to the User.

Regarding the Application of Law and Jurisdiction
Any claim or contraversy that results from these conditions will be resolved under the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico D.F. Mexico. These terms and conditions are subjec to interpretation according to the Laws of the Mexico.
