Where We Ship:
We ship to anywhere in Mexico, United States, Canada, Central America, South America and almost anywhere in Asia and Europe.
For orders going to Mexico we usually can do it with Mexpost for a fixed priced of MX$45.00 and take at most two weeks to arrive, being 5 days the norm.
Opcionally you can choose to ship via Estafeta for MX$95.00 which is more expensive but it is generally faster service.
For shipping outside of Mexico, the only way is with Estafeta and the price varies according to its destination address:
- United States: MX$202.00
- Central and South America: MX$450.00
- Europe: MX$450.00
- Asia (except some countries): MX$450.00
- Canada or Puerto Rico: MX$248.00
All our shipping prices are fixed regardless of the amount you order so the more you order, the more you will be able to save in shipping.
Returns:
We do not take returns for any reason except for damaged goods, therefore we ask that you review very carefully your orders before
confirming them. If you have any questions regarding what you are about to buy please feel free to ask us
so we can explain in detail about the merchandise you are considering buying.
We take great care in packing all orders. We are keenly aware that comic book collectors demand the best condition of the comics they purchase.
But in the very rare case that the merchandise were to be damaged during shipping we can make the return completely under our discretion.
In this case you must call us immediately when receiving your package at the following phone number 0155)-5605-9748
and provide evidence of the damage either by sending us pictures, or shipping the goods back depending our instructions
In such a case, we will only substitute the damaged items for the same items and in case we are out of stock we will give you credit for
future purchases.
Our Prices:
Our prices of books, comics and magazines are generally the suggested retail price in dollars multiplied by $13 pesos.
This is because we must pay extra shipping and costs for the importation into Mexico. Other types of items such as DVDs, posters, calendars, catalogs (including Previews)
might have higher prices because they include IVA (Value added sales tax) and other duties. For those who buy from the U.S. note that all our products are already
in Mexico so it will be necessary for us to still charge the higher prices. Still that might be worthwhile if the item you want is sold out in other retail locations
which happens quite a lot in the comic book retail market place.
Some "hot" comics or back issues might go up in price due to the natural law of supply and demand which again happens quite often in comic book retailing.
Equally we might be overstocked on other comic books and we will offer them at discount. |
